(Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces) 1. We and you each represent and warrant to the other as follows. a. That it is not a boryokudan (organised crime group), a company affiliated with a boryokudan, a corporate racketeer, a person equivalent to any of these, or a member thereof (collectively, “Anti-Social Forces”). b. That its officers (directors, executive officers, operating officers, corporate auditors, or persons equivalent to any of these) are not Anti-Social Forces. c. That it is not entering into this agreement by allowing Anti-Social Forces to use its name. d. That it will not, by itself or through a third party, carry out any of the following acts. i. Using threatening language or violence toward the other party ii. Using deception or force to obstruct the other party’s business or to damage its credit 2. If the other party breaches any item of the preceding paragraph, we and you may each terminate the transactions based on this registration without any demand or notice to the other party.
