| Charges other than the price |
In areas where an accommodation tax or tourism tax applies, that tax is charged separately (the breakdown is shown in the displayed price). Fees for optional activities are not included in the travel price and are paid by the customer directly on site. Transportation from your home to the meeting point, communication charges, and similar costs are borne by the customer. |

Bookings on the Service are request-based. Payment is not finalized at the time of application. You are not charged when you apply. After our team approves your request, payment is taken automatically from your saved card 21 days before check-in. If you book within 21 days of check-in, payment is taken shortly after approval. |

| Cancellation and refunds |
Due to the nature of the services, if you cancel for your own convenience after applying, the cancellation fees below apply. No separate cancellation handling fee is charged in addition to the cancellation fee. For details, please see the Travel Conditions and the Travel Agency Terms. |
Cancellation fees
If you cancel the travel contract for your own convenience, the following cancellation fees apply, based on the travel start date (check-in date).

For cancellations during the fee-free period (up to 21 days before check-in), we refund the full amount paid.
Where a cancellation fee applies, we refund the travel price less that cancellation fee.
If travel is cancelled for reasons beyond your control, such as ferry suspension or severe weather, no cancellation fee is charged and the full amount is refunded.
About optional activities
Optional activities are intended for interaction with local residents and are not paid for in advance. Whether paid or free, no cancellation fee is charged and you may cancel free of charge at any time.
Participation fees for paid activities are paid directly to the provider on site on the day.
Because the host begins preparing ingredients, boats, and so on, we ask you to confirm participation by 18:00 two days before the activity date. If confirmation is not received by the deadline, the activity is automatically cancelled. No cancellation fee applies in this case either.
